  1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

  During the first year from the date of purchase:

  • Minor Issues: Any small or functional faults will be repaired free of cost.
  • Major Issues: In case of a major fault such as display or panel failure, the product will be replaced as per company policy.
  • This coverage includes manufacturing defects only and does not apply to physical or liquid damage, mishandling, or unauthorized repair.

  3-Year Service Warranty

  After the initial 1-year manufacturer warranty:

  • You are covered under a 3-year extended service warranty.
  • Service Charges: Labour/service is free; however, spare parts replacement (if required) will be chargeable at actual cost.
  • Field Service: On-site service is not available. Customers are requested to bring the product to our store/service center for repair.
  • If you are unable to visit, our delivery staff can pick up your TV for service (pickup and delivery charges may apply).
